When to contact C/S Options

Hi All,

Ordered the USS Constitution on the 2nd Oct. Understand and fully appreciate that covid is impacting manufacturing and shipping and don't want to bother c/s, but haven't really heard anything so far.

When should I contact c/s?

It can take up to 28 days from when your order was placed, to receive your kit. They give themselves plenty of time to work with!

Don't bother calling the customer services phone number. I have called about 30 times over past 3 weeks and no one is there.

It's probably that over the Christmas period they're extremely busy. Try very early - around 9.00-ish. Mid day and afternoons are not good times.
