has anyon figured out the instruction booklet storage binders? They come with no instructions, and there's no obvious method to insert and retain the booklets. If I cnt figure out a binder, should I be building one of the most complex wooden wwrships in history?

The plastic tabs slot through the end parts in the binder, and go in the centerfold of the magazine. “Never let the future disturb you. You will meet it, if you have to, with the same weapons of reason which today arm you against the present.”

Here in the US, we get one, and one only with our subscriptions. The rest are available via the store. The downside is that we RARELY get the cool free stuff like you do over there. “Never let the future disturb you.
