My Grandson visited a couple of weeks ago and he`s an avid F1 fan at 12 years of age. So who better to to show my recent F1 dio too.

Or so I thought.Blink Blink

"What do you think of that then"

"There`s something missing"

"What`s that?" Confused Crying Confused Crying Confused

"Where`s the car flying out of the pit lane"

Oh stupid me. Blushing

Have since found a solution to my glaring omission. (In his eyes)

Another F1 car from the same year. (Pic below)

A job for first part of 2019 and the good thing is, no need to cut off panels etc. A quick straight out of the box build.

Then the F1 expert can have it in his bedroom as a display.

Sounds like some excellent feedback from your grandson Derek and should look a very cool diorama when done. Nice choice of car and I like the idea of building it straight out of the box …. and then straight out of the pits! Cool

I'll look forward to following your build when you start.ThumpUp
