Nice progress Steve BigGrin almost at the finishing line with this build. It looks from your pic that you may have the front mudguard on the wrong way.

first put the return spring on, the apply it to the frame.

these parts are for the foot pegs,

and push the rubber foot rest on peg.

and pushed in to the frame.

put the peg in to bracket, and insert knurled pin to secure.

now for the seat base, it as two brackets fitted to the base, then secured to the frame.
