Anyone have any way I can get an answer from customer care(a very loose term I know)
I finished My R2 build last year and the projector doesn't show any images, the light comes on the projector ok. I've tried re-seating the connections etc. but no luck.

I emailed customer care in November & December, I had a reply in Jan that this has been escalated to technical support but nothing since.

I know there is a world crisis going on but this is exceptionally poor by any standards.

Hi, BigGrin

Have all your personnel details and your subscriber/account number to hand and call this number: 0333 240 1227. (Office hours Mon - Fri) Not forgetting you may be dealing with people working from home, so an instant reply may not be to hand.

Make a note of who you speak too and date/time of call, so that if you need to refer back with CS they can see what`s happened before.

Hope this helps

Regards

About two weeks ago, I suddenly realised that there were parts missing or damaged in two packs of my HMS Victory full kit. I sent an email, with the necessary details, to customer services asking for replacements and they responded the same day to say that the matter was in hand.
I realise that this is not always the result that other modellers have had but I am pleased to say that the replacement parts did arrive last Friday and I can now complete those stages.
I just felt that DeAg and customer services take some stick (deservedly sometimes) but in this instance I am very grateful for fast service. Thank you.
