Well rather pleased that I have managed to get at least one kit finished.

Not the best of pictures at this stage as the weather has been wet and dark so best I could do.

So here is my Deagostini Porsche.

Many thanks.

not something I have ever built at this scale before so it went fairly well all things considered.

Need to think about how I am going to display this one now so that it does not end up getting damaged.

Looks great! I can't wait to start building this one myself. You'll have to post some more photos when you figure out how you're going to display and protect it.

BigGrin Top job Tony ThumpUp I agree, you definitely need to be careful how you display it. Mirrored bottom glass case?

Many thanks for the kind comments.

Gray you are spot on about it needing a safe display area. The wing mirrors are just asking to be knocked off.

I could do with something like one of those ikea glass display cabinets i have seen figure modellers using but not at all sure the shelves would be strong enought to hold the weight.

Will have to do some investigating to see what i can come up with.

Tony

Hi Tony,

Never had the opportunity to build a car kit, but if I did, and had half the result of your build it would be very satisfying.

Well done Tony,
