asked cs for replacement parts 4 times (stage 54) and this is the 4th time I have had them delivered with the requested part missing
On the assembly guide the picture shows the spool holder, every delivery has had this missing. that is the only part that needs replacing as the threads snapped on rebuild to find a problem.

Pleas can someone sort for me, getting frustrated now

Can you PM your name/address detail and Sub ref to me and I’ll get this looked into, it sounds like the item in question was not contained in the replacement packs sent to you.

I'm having problems with them as well sending stuff out and ignoring what is requested

Done that 3 times finnaly got one box with all the parts in except the heating eliment don't think this will ever work beginning to think it's a bit off a con .I just want it to work .. I have done everything the magazines have asked to the letter
