Issue 15 - The steering

As you can see, the handlebar is plugged into the receptacle on the wheel. It is important to ensure that the steering wheel is on the left side (in the direction of travel). From below, the handlebars are then fastened with one SD02 screw each.
Now let's review the parts of Issue 6 and 13 shock absorbers. The underside of the piston is placed in the already mounted bottom of the damper. The small spring is then pushed into the damper and put on the piston. The whole spring follows. We repeat the same thing on the other side. Now we put the bracket 15-2 on both dampers and bolted to the floor with two SD04 screws.
Now check the wheels to steer easily.

Issue 17 - The left rear wheel

I softened the tire again in hot water and then pushed in the rim. I then again painted the weight for balancing the wheel.

Issue 19 - The left rear suspension

The hub 19-2 is inserted as shown in the rear suspension. This is then used on the rear frame. To fix these, the mounting plate 19-4 is placed on the frame and fixed with two SD06 screws. Pay attention to the orientation of the mounting plate. The suspension should now move freely up and down.
Next we take the rear wheel out Issue 17 and put in the brake drum. Together, this is then attached to the hub and secured with a SD02 screw.
It is recommended to disassemble the wheel and pick up the components until everything else is mounted.

Issue 20 - The passenger seat

On the backrest the mechanism for the seat is mounted on the side. This is fixed with an SP10 screw. On the side where the handle is, the screw is closed with a small cap 20-6. On the other hand, we put the handle for the adjustment of the backrest.
Back and seat are then pushed together and fixed again with one SP10 screw each. Again, the small caps are then placed on the screw holes.

Issue 21 - The passenger door

We put the passenger door back on a soft cloth so that the paint is not damaged.
Then the door handle is inserted from the outside and fastened from the inside with an SP06 screw.

Issue 22 - The left rear suspension and shock absorbers

At the back we mount the bracket 22-1. Roof, the spring plate 22-2 is also plugged in and pushed to the hub. Make sure that the component is inserted correctly. The whole thing is screwed with a SD04 screw.
The shock absorber tube 22-4 is now inserted from above as seen in the holder. From below, the pin 22-8 is then pushed into the holder and shock absorbers and thus secured. The rod 22-7 is then guided into the tube. This is followed by the spring with the wider part upwards. The small spring is then guided on the rod.
Finally, the upper part of the damper 22-3 follows. This is then an SP12 screw out and bolted to the suspension.

Issue 23 - The passenger door window

First, we put the door back on a soft surface. Roof we insert the triangle window and fasten it with two SD05 screws.
Then we assemble the window as we see it and screw it with two SP06 screws. Check now if the window can be easily pushed up and down until we mount the window in the door and screw it with two SD06 screws.
