Apologies if this has been covered already. But have looked and cant see if it has.

Finished r2 on Friday. Had it powered up and working planned to have it attached to phone today

It didn't work yesterday so had it on charge. Nothing.

It's not charging at all. Any ideas?

Thanks

Did you set the battery safety system by doing the 2 second power on with charger attached? That got things going for me, but I am not able to get it to bind with my Galaxy S8+ either in in local or direct modes. Any ideas?

Hi R2danny2 and nitropup55.
R2danny2 your issue with charging and nitropup55's issue with connecting R2 to a Galaxy are both being referred to the Project Team for some technical input.
Hope to get back to you soon. All best wishes.

If you went through the startup procedure correctly, and you know the connections you made are good, perhaps it's the battery box. I know some have had issues with this component.

You said the exact same to me and I'm still waiting on "Technical" to come back with a solution. Haven't heard a peep. Awful.....

Hi R2danny2. The Project Team has looked at your post on your R2's Issues and has the following response: "Possibly a damaged battery box." The advice is to "Replace the battery box." The battery box was supplied with Stage 92. See also your inbox. All best wishes
